Hi, I’m Lina Nguyen, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist · Brandon, Florida. I work with teenagers, young adults, couples, and families — and I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around.
Seeking therapy takes real courage. Whether you’re feeling stuck in survival mode, burnt out and numb, or weighed down by depression and anxiety, you don’t have to carry it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can make sense of your emotions, heal old wounds, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, couples, and families who are navigating trauma, relationship struggles, mood changes, and ADHD.
Together, we’ll work on lifting the weight you’ve been carrying, equipping you with practical tools, and building your confidence to create a safer, healthier life and relationships.
Break the loop. Reconnect with what matters.
My approach to therapy
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all plan, I pull from evidence-based modalities to tailor our work to your unique goals and lived experiences.
Relationships & connection
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for deepening relationship connection and safety.
Thoughts, mood & patterns
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for navigating anxiety, depression, and unhelpful patterns.
Action & momentum
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for actionable, goal-oriented growth.
Whether we are exploring how old patterns are shaping your current relationships, rebuilding your energy after burnout, or developing tools to navigate neurodivergence and daily stress, we will move at a pace that feels doable for you.
