Who I work with

I help individuals and couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns and want to feel more connected, understood, and at ease. Every service below includes what it is, who it helps, what to expect, and the benefits of treatment.

One-on-one therapy

Individual Therapy

A steady space to make sense of what you’re carrying — and to replace old loops with tools that actually help.

What it is

One-on-one sessions built around you: your history, your patterns, and your goals. We slow down enough to understand what’s driving the feelings, then build practical, evidence-based skills from there.

Who it helps

Individuals feeling stuck in repeating patterns — the same conflicts, the same stuck feelings — who want to feel more connected, understood, and at ease. I regularly work with teenagers and young adults as well as adults.

What to expect

Early sessions focus on understanding your story and naming what you want to be different. We move at a pace that feels doable, and practice new skills between sessions when it fits your life. CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused work are common ingredients.

Benefits of treatment

Greater clarity about your patterns, practical tools for hard moments, relief from anxiety and low mood, and a stronger sense of ease in yourself and your relationships.

For partners

Couples Therapy

You’ve been caught in the same arguments and cycles with your partner. Conflict leaves you exhausted and hopeless. You feel disconnected. You want change — you just don’t know how to get there.

What it is

Structured work for two. We slow the cycle down, name the pattern that’s driving the disconnect, and build practical communication skills — drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method.

Who it helps

Partners who keep landing in the same fight, feel more like roommates than a team, or love each other but can’t seem to reach each other anymore.

What to expect

Early sessions map your cycle: what triggers it, how it escalates, what each of you does to protect the relationship. From there we practice new conversations in session — carefully and at first slowly — so you can carry them home.

Benefits of treatment

Seeing the pattern behind the fights instead of blaming each other, safer communication, repaired trust, and new experiences of feeling understood and close again.

Old wounds, present life

Relational Trauma

The past has a way of showing up in the present. If you feel like you’re stuck in survival mode and constantly on edge, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

What it is

Trauma-informed therapy that tracks how old wounds affect your relationships today — the reactivity, the guarding, the sense that closeness isn’t safe — and guides you toward safer, healthier ways to connect.

Who it helps

Anyone who feels stuck in survival mode, constantly on edge, or repeatedly caught in the same painful dynamics with partners, family, or friends.

What to expect

Safety and pacing come first. We build a clear picture of your triggers and patterns before doing deeper work, and we always return to steadiness before we open anything up.

Benefits of treatment

Less time spent in survival mode, a calmer nervous system, gentler self-talk, and relationships that feel steadier and safer than the ones the past taught you to expect.

Quiet the noise

Anxiety Therapy

Your mind won’t slow down. You overthink, worry, or have panic attacks, and it’s wearing you out.

What it is

Practical, evidence-based therapy that identifies what’s actually fueling the anxiety — thoughts, patterns, history — and builds tools that help you feel more grounded and in control.

Who it helps

People who overthink everything, live in worry, experience panic, or feel the constant hum of dread that makes rest impossible.

What to expect

We map your anxiety together: what sets it off, what keeps it going, what helps. You’ll leave with concrete skills — grounding tools and thought work from CBT and ACT — that you can use right away.

Benefits of treatment

A quieter mind, fewer panic loops, confidence that you can handle hard moments, and more energy for the life anxiety has been eating into.

Gentle steps forward

Depression Therapy

When you’re living in burnout, depression can make even the simplest tasks feel impossibly heavy. You might feel unmotivated, emotionally numb, or exhausted from trying to push through a constant fog of sadness. You want to move forward, but you just don’t know where to start.

What it is

Therapy that meets you where you are. Together we focus on lifting that weight, rebuilding your energy at your own pace, and taking small, gentle steps that feel manageable again.

Who it helps

People who are burnt out, numb, unmotivated, or weighed down by a fog of sadness — especially those who’ve been holding it together for everyone else.

What to expect

We start small. Early sessions set gentle, achievable goals; we track energy and mood so progress is visible even when feelings lag; and we rebuild momentum one doable step at a time.

Benefits of treatment

Lighter days, renewed energy and motivation, the return of things you’ve stopped enjoying, and confidence that forward motion is possible — at your pace.

Not sure which fits?

That’s a normal place to start. A short consultation is usually enough to find the right door — and if your needs are outside what I offer, I’ll help point you toward someone who fits.

Consultations run through the secure portal

This website collects nothing. Request a consultation — or ask any questions about fit, fees, or insurance — through our HIPAA-compliant client portal, by phone, or by text.
